Detention Extended for Second Time for Journalist Who Was Interviewed by Hamas Television Channel

Said Hassanin, editor at Nas Radio, was arrested following an interview he gave to Al-Aqsa channel where he praised Hamas: "The Islamic resistance acted with absolute humanity" • His lawyer complained that the state is using detention as punishment, argued that a few minutes interview cannot be defined as "contact with a foreign agent," and wondered why hundreds of threats Hassanin received were not investigated, and why police don't investigate incitement cases by Jewish journalists
