On February 20, 2026, The Seventh Eye published an article referring to the defamation lawsuit filed by Mr. Broidy against Haaretz, concerning a publication that stated and implied that Mr. Broidy, the former vice chair of President Trump’s presidential campaign, was a partner in the company “Koios” and was involved in a public relations campaign on behalf of Qatar. After re-examination, we chose to remove the article. We would like to clarify that we have seen no evidence suggesting Mr. Broidy was a partner or anything other than a passive investor in Koios or that he knew about the Company's alleged campaign involvement.
